Lavender by the bay, a family-owned and operated lavender farm since 2002 located in East Marion, NY. The Rosenbaum family, the visionaries behind lavender by the bay, brought their agricultural and art interests together to create a beautiful lavender farm on the north fork. The lavender by the bay story begins as a small family hobby that turned into a 17-acre farm with over 80,000 plants that is lavender by the bay today. On the farms, you’ll find a farm store with various lavender products and the artfully designed sachets from Susan Rosenbaum and her team of lavender bees.

In May of 2015, the founders started a Lavender Farm in Port Murray, NJ, located in beautiful Warren County. In June of 2016, they decided to welcome guests onto their property. They created a beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility where the heavenly scent of lavender melts away the stress and replaces it with a sense of serenity and well-being. Mad Lavender Farm, NJ
In 2013, the founders planted their first crop of lavender on their sunny hilltop, and it thrived beautifully. Beehives were brought in to pollinate their plants, and WWOOF helpers came to help them build their dreams. Years later, they have seven different varieties of lavender, a Lavender Labyrinth, and a lovely line of lavender products. All of their products are made by hand on the farm. Their honey and beeswax products come from Sweet Cheeks Apiaries. Everything is grown organically with absolutely no pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
